  • Where We're Going: Who is ORI?

ORI is values. The personal values of each team member contribute to a unique culture, which is a starting point for team values alignment. Each person’s individual values and perspective worldview contributes to how ORI as a team lives its collective values. We are advancing into the process of team values alignment. This is not a one-off; values alignment is a constant process of defining, assessing and re-defining relevant values priorities. It requires dialogue to understand how values are mutually defined and what attitudes and behaviors support ORI’s goals today and continued dialogues to support ORI’s aspirations in the face of change and opportunity. Let’s begin!
