Be thinking about a time when you were personally able to influence a successful outcome through communication. Time permitting, you will be asked to share a most-important value with a peer or peers and describe why it is important to you and how it manifests in your life.

Especially in this divisive time, values-based leadership is fundamental moving us constructively forward. We each possess unique leadership potential. Knowing who you are and what you value is key to unlocking it. This is an opportunity to explore, in the company of peers, who you are as a leader and why it matters.

What we do in this workshop is governed first and foremost by the value of Safety. This means that your data is confidential, you will not be asked to share anything at any time beyond what you feel comfortable with. We ask that you not share your Values Perspectives survey personal report with others in this workshop, but instead share what is important to you in your own words.

At its core is an analysis of assumptions about the nature of learning, communication and power, and how we can come to a more effective understanding and practice of ethically leveraging real power as leaders and within groups.
